Keep getting logged out

Have got mobile site on my iphone and tucked to stay logged in all the time but ever since I updated to ios7 (ages ago now) I keep getting logged out randomly.
It can happen every time I look at something else on phone or I can stay logged on overnight or for several hours, there seems to be no pattern to it.
Does anyone else have this problem? It's very annoying and tbh stopping me bothering sometimes as having to enter details constantly is a pain.
Any help appreciated.

Yep I've been having it too. Also I like to view the desktop version through Safari and it keeps randomly changing to mobile site.

Glad it's not just me, it's very frustrating tho.

I've got the app on an android tablet, but after looking at a couple of threads, I keep getting "connection failed".

After a break I can get in again & then the same thing.

Hi, LBDD, it's quite easy to accidentally go into "private" mode on an iphone, which makes the site not remember you. This thread explains how to check whether that has happened. Hope this helps.

Tech thank you so much. As soon as I looked I could see that private browsing was on but have never noticed before. Did always wonder why it never retained passwords like my lap top does. That's cheered me up no end.
