Is it possible to merge two accounts?

I seem to have two accounts with Mumsnet (which I didn't realise and which is probably frowned upon!).

I think it happened when I set up my blog and became a Mumsnet blogger; I have a different blog email address (for obvious reasons) to my personal address.

I'd like to post using my "blog" name as it feels more "me" and I suppose I can, but ideally I'd like to move my blog name to my usual address so I don't lose my personal history.

Is this possible? I can bribe Tech with gin if required!

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, tech say it won't be possible to merge two accounts. Sorry about that!

Awww poo. Even just giving me my other name?

I understand we can't merge accounts, but I am curious... if I delete the other account, can I then "take" the nickname/s from that account?

I can move the profile stuff across, watched threads etc thanks to cut and pasting but I'd like to hijack the nicknames. Thanks in advance!
