Ive been having problems logging on since last week, and all my emails have gone unanswered? Id actually appreciate a reply/open conversation from mumsnet to discuss my emails/issues logging on?

MNHQ, thank you for the reply yesterday after my FOURTH email, but my issue still hasn't been resolved? I did reply to the email and have yet to receive a reply?????????????????????

It's REALLY frustrating when no one listens or rectifies your problem........I'm slowly loosing faith!

I assume they think I have, I don't think I have. If I have, it would've been great to be informed beforehand that I was being "terminated". So as of right now I'm still clueless!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi Optimus, sorry to hear you're so frustrated. We have had an incredible amount of mail over the past week so the reason behind the delay could simply be that there hasn't been enough hours in the day. As a team we're working really hard to clear it all so please bear with us.

Every mail we get in gets answered so you will hear back.
