Can the MN app change at all?

One thing I really would like to have included is the ability to see a different colour in my post, as a kind of landmark if/when I check back, just like you can do in the normal web based site.

Also I can see italics and crossed out typing but can't see bold in the phone app, which would be pretty handy because without that it can be hard to see who is quoting someone else at the start of their post.

I know the app can't be the same as the normal site, but just those two tweaks would make such a difference and I am sure it must be possible?

Can I add another request - it would be great if you could see the OPs and your own posts highlighted in a different colour, just as you can on a normal computer.

I find that feature really useful and really miss it when viewing from my IPad app

Hello

We have a plan in place for the app and we hope - in the medium-term(ish) - to be able to roll out something with many more properly functioning bells and whistles. We do realise that the app as it stands is really a bit rubbish. For now, until we get it sorted, you may well be best using the mobile site, which works pretty well for most posters.

Thanks for that Grin Nice to know there are things in the pipeline to look forwards to!

It's not a rubbish app but just had a couple of suggestions Wink

I'll try the mobile site though. Thanks again!

Good to know its on the to do list. I find if I go on the app then go on the web version some of my watch lists are gone. Hope the new one sorts this out.
