Not sure whether you want to do anything with help from Tech, perhaps, so it stands out somewhere, but every year, NORAD runs their "Santa tracking service" for youngsters.

See the web site *> http://www.NORADsanta.org/

PS Their site uses JavaScript and Cookies.

From taking a look a while ago, it should give some "from the sky" view of Santa and his sleigh, and where he's delivering presents, worldwide.

Just noticed some stats on the 'NORAD' page (right side, scrolled down below the history of NORAD and how they came to start tracking Santa)...

Home base ......... North Pole
Length ............... 75 cc (candy canes) / 150 lp (lollipops)
Width ................. 40 cc / 80 lp
Height ............... 55 cc / 110 lp

Note: Length, width and height are without reindeer

Takeoff weight ...... 75,000 gd (gumdrops)

Weight of gifts ....... 60,000 tons

Landing weight ....... 80,000 gd (ice & snow accumulation)

Propulsion ............. Nine (9) rp (reindeer power)

Armament ............. Antlers (purely defensive)

Fuel ...................... Hay, oats and carrots (for reindeer)

Emissions ............. Classified

Climbing speed ........ One "T" (Twinkle of an eye)

(made me laugh!)
