Change of username?

I have changed my Username (through my account settings) about 3 times in the last couple of days and each time I go away and come back it has changed back, any ideas why? Is this a site issue or a my computer issue?

Which device are you using?

I'm using an ACER laptop and running Google Chrome. Never had the issue previously (same laptop etc.) just this time.
