I have ticked the remember me option, but not working.

Hi, are you on iphone or android? If on iphone particularly, it's quite easy to activate "private browsing" accidentally. If that is switched on, the remember me won't work as your phone won't save any cookies.

You can see if it's turned on by pressing the little icon at the bottom right of the safari screen - the one that looks like two pages. That brings up a bar that says Private + Done on it. If the private has a sort of shade box around it then you are in private mode. If not, then its off. I've tried to add some screen shots to this message but I'm not much cop with these new-fangled pictures so it might not work.

Oh it did work. Anyway, if private is on, you'll need to turn it off if you want remember me to work. Hope this helps.
