Hi Techs, Merry Christmas!

I tried load MN pages a few minutes ago and it took forever 'connecting' then said:

"XML Parsing Error: unexpected parser state Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml Line Number 311, Column 58:

&netInterrupt.longDesc; -------------^"

The screen had a pale yellow background, black text with the line in red text, if that's any help!

oooh-err

Is this the only time it's happened, lougle?

lougle · 18/12/2013 16:38

No, it happened a couple of times in the last few weeks, Rowan, but this time I thought long enough to tell you Blush

It's only when the site seems to slow right down and it spends ages trying to load. Other sites load fine at that time - google, bbc, fb, etc., but MN really struggles, then this popped up.

Hi lougle, that message is an internal firefox error (the error message you saw I mean.) It's a known bug.

Having said that, the root cause of the error it's trying to tell you about is that your network connection to us got interrupted while the page was loading. This could happen in lots of different ways so it's hard to diagnose exactly what might have been wrong. Sorry not to be more informative.

That's no problem. Thanks for your time, Tech Smile
