How do I get rid of pages?

I've just noticed that a thread I was reading has switched to pages. I usually have the whole thing on one page. I've no idea how it happened - how do I switch it back?

Thanks.

Wakes wakey.

They've taken that option away :)

Really?

I've actually just noticed that it was only on the Xfactor thread. Weird.

Yes - apparently they think it helps the speed of loading threads (doesn't actually seem to though) and that it means that when we get an influx of 'gawpers' (ie Penis Beaker thread) they wont think it's a rubbish site because it loads slowly.

It's causing a lot of problems and much angst - there are several threads about it in site stuff if you want to lose several hours of your life which you will never get back again!

The longest pages you can get are 500 posts so 2 pages. Not many threads get to over 500 posts so probably why you haven't noticed.

It will have the most impact on those threads because they are fast moving.

It's a PITA because you can't use the 'find' option on the whole thread anymore, just one page at a time.
