Mobile site as trying to download software to my android phone!

This has happened a few times now. I go to a page and my phone warns me that downloading xxxx.apk could harm my device. The .apk matches the ad at the top of the page which I have NOT clicked on.

Mobigenie and some betting site have been culprits so far. This is really not on...

This sounds like the same issue that I am having. I will screenshot if I can but the add that do it only pop up very rarely.
