Missing thread

One of 'my threads I'm watching' has disappeared. I assume because the OP asked for it to be pulled, but usually isn't there a 'that thread has been deleted...we don't usually...protect privacy, etc.' message?

You only see the message if you've posted on it if you're not looking at the thread when the message us posted by MN HQ (apols for convoluted sentence) so if just 'watching'- no message

Thanks Stealth, I've just checked and I haven't. I've also done a keyword search and nothing's coming up.

Right. I've had a good look so I'm going to describe it here, than report my thread. If it rings a bell with anyone please pm me.
It was about a posters 12 yo ds who was sleeping 23 hours a day and had been for a fortnight. GP wasn't concerned and other posters were urging the OP to go to A&E

That thread got deleted. The OP asked for it be deleted.
