Payday loan ad on MN?

Just seen a Wonga ad on MN - the video ad under the Discussions of the Day

I am a bit uncomfortable seeing them advertised on here.

Report it. They want the reports about adverts that we are not happy about.

There was a thread a while ago about this.
Mumsnet buy into some sort of advertising package. But they are allowed or can stop some of them being shown to us. [That is the gist I think]. There was a thread on Site Stuff I think about this about 1 week ago.

They're google ads aren't they?

I have one on my website. (I've got a google adsense account) I don't choose which adverts, google puts them in, although I think I can say that I don't want particular types of ads,

Yes, HEC - they're Google ads, and so we have limited control over them. (We do have entire categories of ads blocked, but the system isn't perfect and some do slip through.)

We'll see if we can find the Wonga one - definitely shouldn't be showing
