The app and mn sponsored threads...

Why does the app force me to scroll through 4 months worth of mn sponsored threads before I actually see the active threads? It's very annoying and takes ages to load things that are months old.

On the website I see active mn threads. . ie recently commented on. Why does the app not behave in the same way?

Hi AE, there's a fault on the android app that means it doesn't easily forget threads once they've been stickied. If you go to setting and delete app data for mumsnet that fixes it. Hope this helps.

Sorry African - I think Tech may mean the overall settings on your phone, not specifically the settings in the app?

I was just about to start a thread exactly like this - extremely annoying, put me off mn for months. Thanks.

Thanks for that tip, Tech. I'm clearing out loads of stuff from my phone. Flowers

SmileItsSunny · 21/11/2013 16:09

Bah. I did this and now it's lost my log-in and password....

Thurlow · 21/11/2013 16:17

I don't even know how to do that on my phone Blush

I do find that the active threads aren't actually active ones, and old ones appear, and the number of posts on each thread are wrong, even if I've refreshed the page. Or is that just me?
