Just that really. It's been happening for a couple of weeks and I'm not sure whether it's my computer or the site.
Whenever I scroll down a page the Floaty bar with Active/ I'm on/ I'm watching etc fills up the whole page.
If I want to check who the op of a thread is I try to scroll up but the page has become one big blue Floaty bar. 
I'm using Safari on a mac if that makes any difference.
