Seeing a deletion message after thread has gone?

Is there any way of finding out why a thread was deleted if you miss the actual deletion ?
Am referring to Equines post in AIBU.

The actual deletion just says [hmmm]

Not hugely informative. No mention of bunfight (towards which it was veering at times I guess) so I am thinking that the OP may have been playing games with us.

Btw I know that (the deletion message) because I've just checked out threads I'm on which says it's deleted and by clicking on it I got the deletion message.
