'Sticky' Mumsnet threads on Android aop

Can I remove/hide these threads from 'active threads' I have about ten of these, and considering the app only shows a handful of actual new threads before ones from days ago.... it's just pissing me off!
Reading them doesnt make them disappear.

You have to go into Settings and clear all your data from the app to get rid of them. AFAIK there is no way to do it from within the app itself. Very annoying!
