Mobile site just text (no colour, buttons, etc)

Is it just me or is the mobile site not working?

I've got plain text, no formatting. It's confusing and not very pretty.

It happened to me earlier. Just had to keep refreshing

I've been refreshing, been all over different threads.

I've even switched to the desktop site (prettier, but awkward on my phone) and back.

I'm on iPhone, by the way.

At this rate I'll have to use the bookmarkless app last resort

This is the first time it's happened on either iOS. Yep, closing and repenting safari sorted it out.
