What is the protocol here - do we change back to our usual nicknames on the rest of the talk boards or do we keep posting as our ghoulish names until after Hallowe'en?

Totally up to you. Some people change back straight away, some do for long-running threads/quiches to keep their identity straight. I do this generally. Some just stay as they are for ages. Do what you like.

Dunno. I can never think of one because I have a shit name to start with.

I keep mine for all posts through the relevant period, but it is generally very close to my normal name.
