Marking place. This makes me curious too Smile

HotCrossPun · 13/10/2013 15:43

I've also always wondered this. I like to think it's to give us time to mark our place before the deletion message Grin

InTheRedCorner · 13/10/2013 15:49

I like the lapse in time, it gives me time to catch up before it goes poof!

DSJamesHathaway · 13/10/2013 15:50

I've always wondered this too.

sapfu · 13/10/2013 15:55

It's a carefully laid trap for trolls. They sneak back in to take a look, walk through a trip wire over a net that hoiks them up high in the air and they're left there swinging, till all their hairy toes fall off.

I imagine life in MNHQ to be quite medieval.

TEErickOrTEEreat · 13/10/2013 15:58

I think it's to give people a chance to read HQ's message.

Yes. It's Hampton Court Palace with Laptops

Perv - Tee is right - it is to give folk a chance to read that we gonna nix

Smile
InkleWinkle · 14/10/2013 15:20

If there isn't a lapse to let people read the message then invariably some I e starts a thread asking where the thread has gone.

TEErickOrTEEreat · 14/10/2013 15:41

As I've pointed out before, if everyone would just accept 'Tee is right' as gospel, we'd all save time. Halloween Grin
