We're really sorry, but the truth is that - although this seems like a tiny job on the surface - it takes up a weirdly huge amount of tech time to do.

And we'll never get the lovely calming tech fixes and new whizzbang thingamajigs that we need if we keep asking tech to spend twelfty bazillion woman-hours doing things like this.
