I keep getting a pop up!

That says I 'need to post a comment'. This occurs when I try to leave a thread and am not commenting. Its intermittent though!!

I get it when refreshing a page. Been getting it the last week or so.

If it helps I use Firefox 23.0.1 on windows 7

I have had that pop up a few times.

It is about 10,000 times LESS irritating than the pictures (pg woman with fishtail plait, woman in curlers shaving (????) etc) I get every single time I click on threads I'm on or active convos.

I was getting that recently but haven't had it for a few days. If it's any help, I have my laptop scrubbed of malware/adware every night so I reckon I had picked up a small nasty which was cavorting on the machine and is now gone. You might want to try using one of the excellent free malware scrubbers and see if that helps.

I'd agree. And sorry - when I said 'nasty' I should probably (and more correctly) have used 'irritant'. The overwhelming majority of the stuff you pick up when browsing is not that sinister.

I'm in work, so definitely not a virus or nasty.

I'm on IE 8 on Win 7.
