Talk not displaying properly on IE 10.0.9

Hi - My PC auto-updated IE on the weekend to v10.0.9200.16686. Since then the site has stopped displaying properly.

e.g. In advanced search, the search box doesn't appear until below all of the links on the right.
The Talk menu displays with the main title of the set then the other links underneath rather than to the side.
Things like the main talk button that displayed with rounded edges are now fully square.
The comment / thread boxes display as if in plain text.

I can send screen shots if it helps! On my other machine running IE9 all is working as it should. Site displays properly on this PC using Firefox. All other sites are still displaying as they should on this PC.
