Can we also then have active convos 'without Christmas'? It's just too depressing for us disorganised people, you know[sink]

JackieNo · 23/06/2006 11:00

, even.

ComeOVeneer · 23/06/2006 11:01

NO way!!!! Christmas seems to get earlier and earlier every year but this is ridiculous. By the time it actually comes around everyone is already fed up of it.

Enid · 23/06/2006 11:02

well if you are seriously budgeting its a good idea to buy stuff early

I can talk to myself on it

I could cope with a Christmas topic.
baby due 21st December so I am going to be mega organised this year.

Enid · 23/06/2006 11:15

I will have had three months with no salary (unpaid maternity leave) by then so will be SKINT - plus three kids to buy for (well not that dd3 will be getting much). Need to plan NOW!

Enid · 23/06/2006 11:25

At the risk of sounding completely stupid, does ebay work out good and what sort of things sell on it??? anyway that I can make a little extra...

cupcakes · 23/06/2006 11:26

I wish it was Autumn already and want to talk about Autumn/ Winter clothes in my Boden thread but no one will join me there.

sniff

nutcracker · 23/06/2006 11:27

I brought a xmas pressie the other day and have started making lists of stuff already.

JackieNo · 23/06/2006 11:27

bubblez · 23/06/2006 11:27

omg Enid poor you.... dd will be 3 this year and hopefully won't ask for anything too big..

nutcracker · 23/06/2006 11:29

My Dd1 wants a Ds to Enid but luckily my brother is buying the new one thats coming out so I can buy his old one off him.

I have to plan early, 3 kids birthdays nov and dec.

I agree a xmas topic is great idea.

nutcracker · 23/06/2006 11:30

Thats a Nintendo DS not a brother LOL

cupcakes · 23/06/2006 11:30

I was starting to wonder about your brother...
