Sorry FixItUpChappie - what sort of thing do you mean?

Well I'd like to show Mners a picture of a toy I'm thinking of buying for their views on its potential longevity...I just want to them to be able to push a quick link to see it on Amazons website.

Thanks

OK - so you just want to be able to post a link? (Sorry if we're being dim! Just thought there might be something specific about a 'Quick Link')

If you look to the right of the emoticons column below the 'Add your message here' box, it explains how to do links (difficult to reproduce here, as it will show the completed link rather than the formatting!)

You can also insert a link without any formatting, e.g. www.mumsnet.com/

Ticking "Convert links automatically" in the box immediately below the 'Add your message here' box will turn any links that look like www.mumsnet.com/ into www.mumsnet.com/

aaand I should really check 'Convert links automatically' myself for that last post to make any sense...

Great! Thank you for taking the time to respond Smile
