Where is the new thread option? Its gone!

I'm confused! I could make a new thread by going into one and selecting start new thread but the option of the main topic has gone? Using mobile version.

I can still see it on this thread. Just under where it says Topics >> Site Stuff

Mine has gone too!! So do I have to open a thread and then make my own from there?

Mine's gone too, really annoying. I contacted mn help but no reply.
