Threads I'm On is blank

Title says it all

On about 40 threads and want to check update /new replies and it's blank - no threads

I cannot fathom why this keeps happening, it's fine for a couple of days then it all shits itself.

Please tell me that you guys aren't making changes to your production site?

This seems to be altogether too frequent.
