name change failure- help!

I changed names twice as a joke on a thread - and it backfired.

now I can't go back to my previous name and I had to come up with this one.
it's ok, but I want my old name back - and I was pretty sure I could go back to it! I want to sort this asap as we are going on holiday and I will only have my phone...

anyone knows what the problem is, why I can't log in with my old name?
(I have contacted MNHQ, but nothing yet. they are distracted...)

We can't see any reason behind the scenes to explain you having difficulty NCing. We'll try to find your mail and see if we can sort it out for you
