Why do my smileys do this?

They quite often swap places with each other I use the mobile site on an iPhone if that makes a difference!

The app can be a little temperamental and lovely tech is looking into things. It should all be OK on the web site.

I've seen this before although not personally experienced it. It's something to do with the image shortcuts getting mixed up and sometimes helps to clear the browser cache (on a smartphone this would be achieved by totally closing down the browser app and restarting it)
