company cutting and pastng mumsnet threads onto their facebook page

I "like" baby and children's mattresses online on Facebook.
They frequently post parents questions and ask for a response.
Just now they posted one that I recognised from here. I asked if they'd taken it from here and they said yes.

Do they have or even need permission to do that??? The op might not have wanted it on there
