competition pages with no submit button

Specifically the Rapeseed Oil one and the one with the playhouse. It happened a while back on the Giggle pram too.

The time of the pram one I was using the moblie site on a Galaxy Ace and this time I am using the moblie site on a Blackberry.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Does it happen to anyone else?
