Have you accidentally downloaded something that does this?

Trills · 18/07/2013 08:57

MN tried this once but were roundly told that it was a bad idea.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 18/07/2013 08:59

Yep its a virus on your laptop. Sorry.

WandaDoff · 18/07/2013 09:00

Mine kept doing this, It was an add-on to chrome that was doing it.

If you are using chrome then try, Tools>Extensions & then look to see if there are any extensions that you haven't added, on mine it was 'Tube Saver' I think. Delete that.

Trills · 18/07/2013 09:01

Does this help?

piratecat · 18/07/2013 09:09

trills that looks palatable, but i will prob get confused.

Firefox browser, i did have to re enter lots of previously saved passwords on site today. I wasn't too bothered as this has happened before, but now this other problem has higlighted a glitch.

oh i hope i can follow the instructions, don't do cache cookies etc, just sounds so meh.

will report back thanks all.

Hi piratecat. Did you get this sorted? Definitely sounds like you need to run a malware check, if you haven't already.

piratecat · 18/07/2013 14:54
