Just a thought, while looking though the Childminders, nannies & au pairs conversation that perhaps it should be split into two conversations: Childminders as one and Nannies & Au Pairs the other?
Technical, (sorry am bit new here so don't know your name), is it difficult to do? Do I have to put this matter to a vote?:)
