Greenman festival competition - unable to enter?

Hello,
I tried to submit my entry for the greenman festival ticket competition but got a message saying entry is closed.
Why is the competition still being advertised if entry is closed?

I suspect it might be because your information states the competition closes at 5PM today, but the info at the bottom of the entry page states
"Closing Date: Friday, 12 Jul 2013 5:30 GMT " - which suggests 5:30am
