Weird - that shouldn't happen. Are you using IE 6 on Windows? That could be it.

yes I am on IE. Also the header ad for Travel threads, for example, is now a footer above the Add a Message box

Yeah, yeah - I've changed so that there need to be at least 6 posts before you get the ad. The Travel section was a bit of sloppy typing on my part and should be fixed now.

Is that a bit better?
