Page has gone weird

Something odd has happened to the box with "discussions of the day" and "most active" in. It's displaying all wrong and moves about when I try to click on it. The colours look wrong, too. I'm on the PC, using IE9. Is it just me?

How strange - have you refreshed? Could you log out and log back in and see if that helps please and then report back please?
