How do you know who are trolls?

A thread I posted on had only been going 1/2 an hour before MNHQ announced it was going. Admittedly the thread was ridiculous, but how do you know if someone's a troll?

I'm suspicious of the twin tolley thread, too. Can twin trolleys be stored with regular ones? At our shop they cannot- they just don't push into on another
