I have tried twice now to enter and it keeps changing my baby's dob to a completely different one in 1969 and saying I can't enter Can one of you lovely HQers help please?

How odd. And annoying.

How are you adding in your baby's date of birth? Are you filling in the boxes or using the little calendar thingy to the right of the boxes?

I tried it both ways

OK, I can see that, confusingly, the month box comes before the date box (so American date stylee). Did you notice that?
