Why can't i link through to subjects from the talk section?

I'm on a kindle fire and i can't seem to get to any other subjects or area's on the site if i go to the Talk section by clicking the link the bar at top (so the next to Review section). When resorting get to a topic from that page it wont even let me click and then page stops responding.

To get to Site Stuff to write this question i had to search in the search box for a site stuff thread then click on the subject heading to get here.

Anyone else have this problem. It's liveable with but a tad annoying.

I can't access anything from the menus at the top of the page, it's been like it for a few days which is why I had problems changing my name.

In order to get to Talk (and threads I'm on etc) I have been using the AIBU link at the bottom of the page, then using the Talk / Threads options.

I use Opera on a laptop (Vista) and Firefox on my desktop PC (Windows 10).

Oh that's not good, SunnywithShowers. Are you using the latest versions of Opera/Firefox?

Wonder if that means we broke another site?

Well, I did try to have a look at that site, just to see what goes on there, 'cos I'm nosy. And maybe hundreds one or two others did, as well.

Interesting. It shows my IP address correctly, as well as my browser details.

I guess it's useful for people trying to troubleshoot issues where you ask: "what browser are you using", and get the answer "Windows". Yes, I've been there.

Zombie still can't access it. She's beginning to get a complex...

Has Zombie done the close-and-restart browser, or the close-and-restart 'puter, or even that cmd clear cache thingy wot I can never remember how to do?

It could be a complex, but, on the other hand, it could just be quantum.

I just said on the other thread that it looks like the page stops loading before it's all there.

Zombie has indeed done all of those things, alcibiades. She quite likes the idea of quantum though.

It may be a problem with Firefox. The navigation bar is now working in both Chrome and IE, but not in Firefox. Zombie can access supportdetails.com in both Chrome and IE, but not in Firefox.

She didn't send a report in though as it seemed pointless to do so from a browser where everything seems to be working.

Zombie was finally able to access supportdetails so has now sent the report.
