Repeated threads on iPad app?

I'm on iPad (and when on iPhone too!) and the same threads (about 5/6 maybe more) are just repeated as I scroll down iykwim?

Any ideas?

It could be someone who has accidentally posted the same thread a few times.

Or trolls - Monday evening/early Tuesday morning there was a bit of an invasion and there were a number of threads all with the same title, but clearly deliberately posted a number of times.

It's a glitch - I get it too, and on the iPhone app.
