As you all know, Twinkies posts have all been removed (with good reason) but she posted some fantastic advice and support to me on here. I had been meaning to print them off (I don't actually have a working printer atm) but I haven't....

I don't suppose if you looked at any of the threads I'd started (before Twinkies posts were deleted) you'd be able to check your history for me please??? & even better print it for me??? (please, please, please!! )

I'm sorry for asking but sometimes when I'm having a wobbly day/night I used to remind myself of how far I'd come by checking back at them and 'listening' to the advice.

Thanks so much, Me xx

Hi vsm,
Just checked my history, but Twinkie's posts are deleted, even though it's 3 weeks since I looked at your original 'More than smacking' thread.
Sorry...

verysadmum · 15/01/2004 23:10

I forgot to add (very important!) to look at them when offline or they'll update automatically!!

Thanks Elena2!!

Give me a date to go by VSM and my Techie DH will see what he can do. (he is very sympathetic and I hope you don't mid a man being involved)
Email me with your address too if you want and I'll print them out tomorrow if we find them

suzywong · 15/01/2004 23:20

Sorry just checked the cache and we only go back as far as this monday and I don't think I went on your thread.

Really sorry

Hope you get some luck

Beccarollover · 15/01/2004 23:21

Ill have a look when I go offline

saintshar · 15/01/2004 23:24

Tell me what to do VSM. I am not very tec. minded as you may have guessed by now. If you email me with how to do it i'll give it a go.xx

verysadmum · 15/01/2004 23:35

Thank you!

You can just click on the history button at the top but... I find this the easiest to check through... go to 'Tools' (at the top in bar), then 'internet options' then click on 'settings' then 'view files' it will then show you all your temporary internet files with dates, times and website... (don't forget to look offline) TIA!!!

Thanks for checking anyway Suzy!

VSM, I've had a look in my history and there are loads of mumsnet threads, but when I'm offline it won't let me access them, so not much help I'm afraid. I haven't posted on any of your other threads, but I think you're doing fantastically & have everything crossed that things work out.

Festivefly · 15/01/2004 23:40

Vsm, so so same here, she is good isn't she godbless her, I hope she gets her kind heart back, two fold

verysadmum · 15/01/2004 23:42

Thanks! I hope they'll work out too!! Doesn't always feel like it though..

I followed your instructions VSM and found ZILLIONS of mumsnet files. Honestly absolute tonnes of them.
I am not computer minded at all so wouldn't have known which one to look at to find your posts and I'm sure I did look at your thread. But more important once I got into the files bit I then remembered one important fact.....we haven't got a printer!!!!!!!

What am I like?

popsycal · 16/01/2004 08:19

emma - you could email them to her....
