Sorry I cannot for the life of me work out how to put a smiley into a post!

Hello. There are instructions in the Smileys list down there - vvvv - below the message box, underneath the Post message button.

But basically you put square brackets round the word describing the smiley. So, a grin smiley is [, then the word 'grin', then ]
