Sorry for starting a thread to message you but I can't seem to contact you any other way.

I am posting this from my phone as when I try to log in on my laptop I get a screen saying "Too many redirects ... "

Is this a problem with my login or something else? Can I do anything to fix it?

Your login details look ok from our end, and the fact that you're able to sign in on your phone suggests to us that it may be a laptop issue?

Can we ask which browser you're using? Hopefully we can get this sorted for you soon.
