Floating tool bar thingy

Anyone know how I get it back? Or has it gone forever? I may be in a minority of one but I liked not having to page up [lazy]

You can switch it on in customise. Thank goodness!

Ah thank you, I was poking around in 'my mumsnet' but couldn't find it (obviously, because that was the wrong place). Normality resumed.. weirdly I never turned it off
