Wouldn't that be lovely, for all us poor posters who only arrive after the event?

I mean... you could still delete the threads, but maybe let them smoulder for a 24 hour grace period in their own little section so that we can all have a good nosey first.

My idea is ace because:

1. People would gossip less, because we wouldn't need to keep asking.
2. We'd get better at spotting and reporting trolls
3. I've been really REALLY good all year and haven't had any deleted posts and THIS IS WHAT I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS.
