AIBU to refresh until I get less intrusive ads ?

Is it just me or have the ads recently become more videoy ?

Not having "invested" in an ad blocker yet, I just cheat and refresh (F5) several a couple of times.

AIBU?

Flash block has died on Firefox and lots of people have stopped using it anyway.

I'm dyslexic and I hate moving ads. Especially long vertical ones, they make me lose the line I'm reading.
