What's going on with the Archive search facility.

It just doesn't work for me at all or is very restricted. I just did a search for an old thread o fmine and just typed in my user name and no results.

I must be driving everyone mad by asking the same old thing over and over again

Does anyone else seem to have a problem with it? It seems really hit and miss.

There's a fault which means if you put anything in the "nickname matches" or since fields you get no matches. Just leave those blank and put the words you want to find in the main box and it works better. We'll fix it properly, but it might not be for a few days.

tech said on another thread that its a problem if you type in a user name in which case it comes up with 0 found and hes looking into it
