How do I get a hover thingy?

Someone tell me, as I have not been able to work it out. I an a bit if a dinsosaur, despite having met my DP online and being an MN and FB addict. I have something I want to put in a hover!!

If you put what ever it is into the "User Status" line on the "My Registration" page that should do the trick.
