I realise I am sleep deprived! I posted in sleep (ha ha) and managed to forget to put a title. It usually (not that I mess up often!) comes up with an error, but has just posted it with "unknown" as title.
The title should have been- 4 month sleep regression, shoot me now. Which might explain my mistake
