How do I edit my profile??

I want to change how many messages per thread I have on one page and how many days the "Threads I'm on" stay's active.

I know I have done this before but I just cant find how to edit my details on my profile...

Can anyone help please?

As you've no doubt worked out already, you need Customise, not your Profile in MyMumsnet to do this.
