'Appy days - Android, iPhone and iPad apps released

Following on from the news of the release of our shiny new Android app, we are vair pleased to announce the release of the new and improved iPhone and iPad app.

All of our Talk apps are free to download and you can find lots more info on all things mobile here including an easy to scan and download QR code to get the mobile version on your phone.

Hello all, I'm typing this from the Mumsnet iPad and I can confirm that the crashing problem happens for me too. I've already been in touch with the developers and they are looking into it.

I'm also checking whether is not working.

I can confirm that we are putting together a list of problemsimprovements based on your feedback so please keep the suggestions coming.

I'm aware of the emoticons not being any good quite as they seem and am speaking to the developers. I can confirm that should now be working. I've also tested the problem of threads crashing for various reasons and this should be fixed too.

Now for the emoticons Smile

Ok, so the general feeling is that the crashing has stopped?

I'm guessing from the fact that the Kindle recommends Netmums as a suggested site that a Kindle app may be some time away
